HOW TO ORDER
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A: You can view our products under the different tabs on our website. Once you have decided on an item, click "Add to Cart" and it will appear in your shopping bag which can be viewed at the top right corner of your screen. Next, click on “Checkout” and proceed to fill in your details, shipping information and payment method to successfully purchase items.
Q: HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank Transfer.
Q: HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
A: The discount code can be entered during the payment process in the discount code column.
Q: IS THERE A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE?
A: Shipping costs will be borned by ASH. However, if you would like your item delivered to you the next day after placing an order, you will be charged a fee.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT SAME DAY DELIVERY?
A: Ashop Malaysia same day delivery is unfortunately not available. However, if you place an order before 12.00 pm, and choose next day delivery (within West Malaysia only), extra shipping fee applies.
Q: IS THERE AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE?
A: No, we unfortunately ship within Malaysia only. We do however have a webshop in Thailand http://ashop.asia/
Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDERED ITEM(S)?
A: Yes, we will send you your tracking code once the item has shipped.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
A: Once payment is made, we will process your order within twenty-four (24) hours. The item(s) will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days (WM) or 5-10 business days (EM).
Q: WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ITEM(S) YET?
A: If your order does not reach you within the time period mentioned above. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and provide us with your order number in the subject line.
Q: I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY.
A: We are constantly doing our best to respond to every customer's enquiry within twenty-four (24) hours. However, there may be delays due to public holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
A: A full refund will be issued within seven (7) working days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Returned item(s) must be must be in the original packaging along with all original accessories including manuals, cables, warranty cards and certificate of authenticity.
Returned item(s) are to be mailed with proof of payment to the address below.

Q: HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
A: We provide a twelve (12) months guarantee on products from the date of purchase.
